Daniel is a Boston native who has been working in the marketing and design for 12 years. Daniel is an MBA candidate at Imperial College Business School, a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.Sc. in Environmental Design and a recipient of a Fulbright Fellowship and Imperial Business Scholarship.
Now as the founder and creative director of MDS Global, Daniel combines his years of living and working experience in Shanghai to help Chinese companies develop overseas.

Ethan is our senior social media marketing executive who has many years of experience in the US e-commerce industry. Ethan not only understands the local market, but also understands the dilemmas that Chinese companies face expanding abroad. He is excited to help Chinese companies succeed overseas. Ethan graduated from the University of Cincinnati.

Chen is our content strategist who has fruitful experience of living and studying in different countries, with the knowledge of multiple languages (English, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese). Chen is proficient in providing solutions in cross-cultural situations to help Chinese local brands succeed overseas. Chen obtained his Master's degree from Brock University in Canada.
